This week in Taste of SL is a very special one. The theme is "Think Pink" in commemoration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Many stores on the list this weekend have not only placed out some amazing items, but they are also donating the proceeds for these items to the American Cancer Society.
My item is a new pair of earrings for the event
The name is from a Pink Floyd song (see? Pink!), but I also thought was fitting to remember those whom we've lost…
They're $25L for the ToSL event, and will remain $25L through Tuesday, October 18th. All proceeds from the earrings will be donated.
I've also marked a few items in the Main Store with small *Pink Ribbons*. Each of those items as well will also have the proceeds donated through the 18th.
Why the 18th? Besides that being my RL birthday… and it's a special dedication to my mother who lost her fight with Breast Cancer back in 1988.
Please do pick these items up… if anything to help a very worthy cause. :-)

Yus I finally got into in a Fashion Show! \o/
If you missed the first unveiling earlier Saturday evening, there's still Sunday to come by and see all the ghoulish fashion goodness!
My first uber huge Special Edition item has been unveiled at this shindig too…
It's both a full jewelry AND tattoo set that's based on two Goddesses from the Drow Elf Pantheon in the Dungeons & Dragons (as in geeky gaming) Forgotten Realms (as in –awesome-) World.

Weekend Salvage & Piddler's Perch are both hosting a Halloween Sale & Mini Hunt with items ranging from Clothing to Home & Garden… all in a terrifically frightening little Haunted House in the sky.
