After you've all gone out and grabbed a ton of stuff for the kiddos (and a few things for yourself, right?) during Tax Free Weekend… hopefully you won't be too worn out to do a little extra shopping in SL as well. ;-)
Sooooooo I know I'm a little late on telling you all about the goodies this week, but it's so worth it I promise! Let's get right to all the news…

3 Amazing Gridwide Hunts start this week and CoLLisions is proud to be a part of each one…
The first is the 2nd Supernatural Hunt which has the theme "In the Dark" this time around. For this one I decided to make a piece of jewelry based around a game that is both supernatural in nature and often played…. in the dark. ;-)
The piece features a leather cord design with crescent moon pentacle and pendant displaying a special round version of an early 20th century Ouija board. The necklace is unisex and certainly worth picking up. :-)
The Supernatural Hunt runs through August 31st!

Moving slightly away from the darkness, there's also The Anime Hunt!
This one is a much smaller Hunt that can be done in an hour or two since there are just 23 locations. :-) Each creator has made an item based on some form of Japanese Anime or Manga.
My contribution is a tattoo based on one of my favorite Anime series of all time, Cowboy Bebop.
The piece shows off various quotes from the series along with a musical motif and a picture of Spike Spiegel (one of the main characters) on the back.
This Hunt is certainly a must for Anime fans and runs until September 4th!

And the 3rd hunt for this month leads us even more towards the light…
Mad Pea has created a new Hunt called 'Peasters Castle' which combines the traditional Gridwide Hunt with games that Mad Pea is most known for!
The Hunt actually starts not in a store but in a Castle where you wander through a series of puzzles to get all the various store hints and eventually find a vault of treasure at the end. ;-)

After wandering through the Castle, you can grab a HUD for $100L and then go visit each store location to find one of 50 keys to get you into a huge prize vault at the end. When there's more than $50,000L worth of prizes from other stores such as Fallen Gods, Frippery, Razorblade Jacket, Dreamscapes Art Gallery and Julia Collection, a $100L HUD is totally worth it.
My items? Oh yeah…
You can grab a special leather cord Gamers necklace (complete with 6 sided dice) from the store, and then a matching bracelet in the Prize Vault.
You can also pick up a HUD at the Mainstore right next to the entrance to get you started, and there's plenty of time for this one as the Hunt runs until September 30th.

Finally, there's a lot of new awesomeness about the Dark Tranquility Sim!
The Sim has been rebuilt to reflect an even more organic feel and Kinu has also rebranded her store from Sassy Kitty Designs to SAKIDE. It still the same wonderful clothing and accessories we've all come to know and love… just with a new name.
As an added bit of coolness, SAKIDE was chosen as the spotlight store for Taste of SL this weekend! She's got a regular item out on discount for folks to pick up, but also as long as you wear your Taste of SL tag in the Shoppers Group you can grab an extra gift.
Oh yeah… I've got a new Henna Tat out as well to go with this week's theme, "Summer of Love".
